As a Team Leader Recruitment, you will play a vital role in managing and guiding the recruitment team to attract and select the best talent for the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Collaborate with Departments:** Work closely with different departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure that recruitments align with organizational goals.
