Team Lead-Core Java

Perform all program analysis, design, development, testing and deployment tasks.

Process oriented. Resolve day-to-day issues or incidents based on SLA. Understand and follow support and development processes for compliance. Estimation of development tasks. Provide status reports to leads and managers as required. Ensure quality, schedule and other goals on deliverables.

Should have and acquire functional awareness of domains and applications Mandatory

Skills/ Requirements - Core Java ( and above), J2EE/JEE with Spring and or Struts Working knowledge with databases : SQLs, JDBC Front end : JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with Application Servers (Knowing WebSphere will be a plus, however, we can do with WebLogic, JBoss too)

Strong analytical, good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
