Teaching Faculty (5-0 Years)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Faculty members for our Senior Secondary preparation program. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching Classes XI-XII and aspirants, preparing students for competitive examinations, and contributing to their academic and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach to Classes XI-XII.

Prepare and deliver engaging classroom lectures.

Analyse student performance.

Provide doubt-solving and academic support.

Mentor students

Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus completion and student progress.

Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment.

Eligibility:

Master's/Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university.

Strong command over the subject and syllabus.

Previous JEE/NEET/coaching or senior-secondary teaching experience preferred.

Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
