duties and responsibilities:

• the prospective candidate must be fluent in english and has good interpersonal skills

• essential: active and aspire to be in the digital mode and on-screen presence using modern electronic tools. added youtube teaching experience is an additional advantage

• they must deliver lectures and engage students in the offline/online mode of teaching involving modern teaching methods

• the candidate is expected to conduct webinars, record lectures, and digitally involve the students in the problem-solving sessions

• they must prepare lesson plans; stimulate a vibrant ecosystem involving a sizeable group of students (30 to 100+).

• teach physical/inorganic/organic chemistry sessions on a daily basis. knowledge of kannada is desired but not mandatory

• prepare questions, surveys and solve assignments and keep a cordial environment with students

• attend ptm or ptss and engage in positive communication

• responsible to work and improvise the teaching-learning process in terms of subject contents

• must be familiar with pdf, ppt, wave book slides, tests and assignments

• must be familiar with the digital classroom setup and maintenance
