🧾 Job Description:

Heights Institute Nangloi is looking for an experienced and dedicated Tally Faculty cum Department Head to lead our Accounts & Tally department. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, teaching skills, and the ability to manage academic operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Teach Tally Prime with GST, Accounting Fundamentals, and Practical Accounting

Prepare and deliver structured lectures with real-world examples

Manage and supervise the Tally/Accounts department

Design course curriculum and study material

Guide and mentor junior faculty members

Monitor student performance and ensure quality training

Coordinate with management for academic planning and improvements

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, Accounting & Taxation

Excellent teaching and communication skills

Leadership and team-management abilities

Graduation/Post-Graduation in Commerce (/ preferred)

Relevant certifications in Tally or Accounting will be an added advantage
