Sourcing candidates on relevant job openings for our clients from various job portals.
- Conducting the first Screening Interview with the sourced candidates.
- Profiling the candidate for further validation process via the Applicant Tracking System.
- Keeping Track of Internal or Client Queries raised on their respective candidates and resolving then in a timely manner.
- Keeping track of the role assigned and working alongside the ATLs to achieve the desired profiles and thus in turn relevant closures.
- The Specialist shall be responsible for performing their KRAs and KPIs to ensure their productivity levers at optimum.
- They will be given a closure driven target on an annual basis.
- They will also be given an opportunity to Mentor the newly joined Executives in their teams once they have duly understood our internal processes
- Experience from the APAC region is a plus.
