Job Summary:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for US Shift, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our US-based positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for US-based positions.

Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
