We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join our team in Bhilwara. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment alteration and creation, and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality stitching and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Garment Construction: Create new clothing pieces based on customer specifications, using patterns or sketches to guide measurements and cutting.

- Alterations and Repairs: Make changes to existing garments by adjusting size, length, or style to meet customer requests and ensure proper fit.

- Fabric Handling: Select appropriate materials and fabrics to be used in each project, ensuring quality and durability.

- Measurement Taking: Accurately measure clients to provide custom fit for new clothing and alterations, paying careful attention to personal style and comfort.

- Sewing Techniques: Utilize various sewing techniques and equipment, such as sewing machines and overlock machines, to deliver high-quality finished products.

- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and guarantee satisfaction through the fitting process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and ideally possess some experience in tailoring. A careful attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential. Proficiency in using sewing machines and an understanding of different fabric types are important. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively will help meet deadlines and fulfill client requests.
