Tailor - Full Time (Only Females)

We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment construction and design, with a strong understanding of fabrics and alterations. This is a full-time position requiring a motivated and detail-oriented individual.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sewing and Stitching:** Use sewing machines and hand sewing techniques to create and alter garments based on specifications, ensuring high quality and precision in finishing.

- **Fitting and Alterations:** Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments for the perfect fit, paying attention to client preferences and measurements.

- **Fabric Selection:** Assist in selecting appropriate fabrics and materials for garments, considering the design, comfort, and durability.

- **Creating Patterns:** Develop patterns and templates for new designs, translating ideas and sketches into workable garments.

- **Maintaining Tools:** Ensure that all sewing tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition for optimal performance.

- **Customer Interaction:** Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, provide advice on styles, and ensure satisfaction with the finished product.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of tailoring experience, with an eye for detail and a passion for fashion. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and understanding their needs.
