Job Description

We are looking for a skilled female tailor with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Jidhafs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction and a passion for creating high-quality clothing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Garment Alterations: You will be responsible for altering garments to fit customer specifications, ensuring each piece is tailored with precision and care.

- Custom Dressmaking: Create custom clothing pieces according to client designs, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship throughout the process.

- Fabric Selection: Assist clients in choosing appropriate fabrics and styles, offering expert advice to ensure their needs and preferences are met.

- Sewing Techniques: Utilize various sewing techniques and equipment, including sewing machines and hand-stitching, to produce high-quality finished products.

- Quality Control: Inspect completed garments for quality assurance, ensuring all pieces meet our standards before delivery to clients.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education. Proficiency in sewing and tailoring techniques is essential, along with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills are needed to interact effectively with clients and understand their requirements. The ideal candidate should also exhibit creativity and a passion for fashion, demonstrating the ability to work independently while managing their time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
