Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cutting Master to join our fashion production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting patterns and fabric for women's and girls clothing across our ChaHe Mode Classic and Premium lines. Precision, speed, and a good understanding of modern fashion trends are key.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret design sketches and measurements to cut fabric as per style and size.

Prepare fabric and lay patterns accurately to minimize wastage.

Take responsibility for all cutting room activities including layer setting, fabric spreading, and marking.

Supervise stitching tailors to ensure proper understanding of cut pieces.

Work closely with designers and production managers to ensure fit and quality.

Maintain tools and ensure cleanliness in the cutting area.

Perform quality checks and rectify any cutting-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tailor or Cutting Master in a boutique or apparel production setting.

Sound knowledge of garment construction and different types of fabrics.

Ability to interpret tech packs or paper patterns.

Excellent measuring, cutting, and marking accuracy.

Good team spirit and communication skills.
