key responsibilities

monitoring & control: oversee system performance, network traffic, and application status via consoles, identifying and resolving issues.

troubleshooting: diagnose and fix hardware/software problems, responding to error messages and performing routine recovery.

maintenance: perform system backups, apply updates, manage user accounts, and conduct preventive hardware checks.

coordination: liaise with programmers, technicians, field crews, and other stakeholders during incidents or for operational tasks.
