key responsibilities (kras)

• onboard and manage vendors and suppliers for energy-efficient and climate-smart products.

• develop pricing, margin, and procurement strategies to ensure commercial viability and competitiveness.

• oversee stock management to maintain optimal availability across distribution centers.

• ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery within defined turn-around time (tat) across all operational locations.

• monitor and coordinate after-sales service and warranty processes as per vendor agreements.

• maintain accurate records for procurement, dispatch, and return logistics, ensuring transparency and audit compliance.

key performance indicators (kpis)

• % of skus distributed against planned targets.

• count of vendor/supplier onboarded

• count of sku listed in catalogue

• % of deliveries completed within approved tat.

• % of after-sales service requests resolved within tat.

• inventory accuracy and stock variance maintained

skills & qualifications

• master’s degree in supply chain management / logistics / operations preferred.

• minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor onboarding, or category management.

• proficiency in digital inventory tools and data tracking systems.

• experience in the clean-energy or sustainability sector will be an added advantage.

compensation structure:

fixed salary: up to 55k per month

variable: 25% linked to business/project growth
