Hiring For Supply Chain Lead (clean-energy)

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Onboard and manage vendors and suppliers for energy-efficient and climate-smart products.

• Develop pricing, margin, and procurement strategies to ensure commercial viability and competitiveness.

• Oversee stock management to maintain optimal availability across distribution centers.

• Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery within defined Turn-Around Time (TAT) across all operational locations.

• Monitor and coordinate after-sales service and warranty processes as per vendor agreements.

• Maintain accurate records for procurement, dispatch, and return logistics, ensuring transparency and audit compliance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• % of SKUs distributed against planned targets.

• Count of vendor/supplier onboarded

• Count of SKU listed in catalogue

• % of deliveries completed within approved TAT.

• % of after-sales service requests resolved within TAT.

• Inventory accuracy and stock variance maintained

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations preferred.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor onboarding, or category management.

• Proficiency in digital inventory tools and data tracking systems.

• Experience in the clean-energy or sustainability sector will be an added advantage.

Compensation Structure:

Fixed salary: Up to 55k per month

Variable: 25% Linked to business/project growth
