technical consultant /subject matter expert – java / angular / react js / python

skill requirements:

• python, javascript (with react, angular) and java are the primary requirements

• team of 5000 developers writing the code in various skills – python, frontend java script, react and angular

objective :

• improvising quality codes and performance bottlenecks for the developers

about sme/ consultant

• 10+ years’ experience and expert in various problem solving

• able to share few training agenda depending upon the topic they are selected

• able to share tools in the training agenda

• software development experience and looking for experts and consultants

• should have deep knowledge of implementation

• training schedule is his flexibility like 1-3 hours

• sme can be virtual – mumbai, pune and chandigarh

• one who understands software coding, architecture and shall understand the context and scenario

example :

for python

• best coding practices

• how to improve the code

• do and don’t

• various tools available in python, open source or licensed

• understand the code complexities

interview rounds : there will be 3 level of interviews – final round with the client

• trainer need to sign an nda

• need to scan the code and suggest changes in final assessment

• have to go thru code snippet and suggest the changes to improve the performance.

• contract will happen for 12-15 months.
