Student Counsellor

Job Description:

To Counsel the students who walk in for the inquiry of the course for Digital Marketing .

Convert hot leads - customers who are interested in Digital Marketing Services.

Follow up with students regarding their visits and telephone conversation.

Coordinate with trainers to frame the batch calendar and flow of classes.

Responsible for the student enrollment process which includes fee collection in the form of cash/cheque/online transfer and collection of proofs.

Keep the students updated about the day-to-day classes to be conducted.

Maintaining day-to-day reports as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate

Excellent communication skills

Good convincing skills

Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm
