DUTIES :
Develop drawings based on inputs from design engineers and project managers.
Modify and update drawings as per review comments and site requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, Geotechnical, Electrical, etc.).
Maintain drawing registers and documentation control as per company procedures.
Support tender documentation and design submissions.
Collaborate with the sales team to create concept drawings and visual aids for client proposals.
Prepare detailed foundation, plan, fabrication drawings and all related documentation required for the project.
Participate in project review meetings and provide design input to improve manufacturability and e6iciency.
Help establish and document design standards, templates, and workflows as part of building our internal design department.
Ensure that the drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.
Other engineering and documentation duties as assigned by the ownership.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
High School graduate with a diploma in Civil or Structural disciplines or equivalent experience.
2 to 5 years minimum with a major contractor or consultant
Experience working with Steel and RCC structures.
Knowledge of associated industry detailing standards Knowledge of 2D and/or 3D drafting systems (AutoCAD and/or MicroStation)
Working knowledge of English, both oral and written.
Show flexibility and ensure proper hand-over with regards to reassignment to other
departments, construction sites, and fabrication yards.
The individual will have working knowledge of mechanical parts, strength of materials and their mechanical properties.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able and willing to work in a team environment.
Must be a self-starter and work with minimal direction.
Must be willing and able to learn our design standards, templates and processes.
