Stores Officer - Nashik

We are looking for a dedicated Store Officer to manage our inventory and oversee the daily operations of our store in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring that all products are accounted for and properly stored to prevent loss or damage.

- **Stock Replenishment:** Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and ready for customer demand.

- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards, managing any discrepancies or issues effectively.

- **Record Keeping:** Keep detailed and organized records of inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing stock, to facilitate easy tracking and reporting.

- **Coordination with Suppliers:** Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise, maintaining good working relationships.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to support overall store operations and assist with training new staff as necessary.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with experience in inventory software systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for coordinating with suppliers and collaborating within the team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical for managing stock accurately. The candidate should also be able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
