TORE DUTIES
- Maintain the stock properly
- Ensure all the materials are delivered as per requisition.
- Coordinate with site on material movement on the basis of weekly planning schedule.
- Coordination with purchase team for purchase of materials.
- Ensure all the DPRs are kept under lock and key in the store.
- Maintaining excel sheets of incoming & return materials.
- Management of minimum order level & recorder level
- Daily updation of registers
- Checking the quality of materials and reporting to purchase team.
- Updation of stock in tally.
- Any other incidental works assigned by reporting manager.
ADMINISTRATION DUTIES
- Prepare all vouchers and get it approved
- Establishment related works as and when required.
- Ensure the store and office is kept neat and tidy.
