Looking For Store Incharge – Senior Position

We are looking for a dedicated Store Incharge to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our store in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in store management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels to ensure availability of products and avoid shortages. This involves regular audits and reorder processes.

- Staff Supervision: Manage and train store staff to maintain optimal performance. Encourage teamwork and provide guidance for individual growth.

- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

- Sales Monitoring: Track sales trends and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement. This will help in achieving sales targets effectively.

- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Maintain safety and hygiene standards throughout the facility.

- Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries and negotiate terms when necessary. Establish strong relationships to enhance inventory management.
