Job Description

we’re looking for a detail-oriented store executive with hands-on experience in the automobile/press tool domain. the role involves managing inventory, maintaining material records, ensuring timely issue/receipt of materials, and supporting smooth shop-floor operations.

key responsibilities:

* handle daily store operations including material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance.

* maintain accurate stock levels consumables and raw materials.

* create grn, inward/outward entries, material requisition, and issue slips in erp/manual registers.

* coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for timely material availability.

* ensure proper tagging, labeling, and bin management as per 5s standards.

* conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

* monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.

* support dispatch activities whenever needed.

required skills & qualifications:

2–3 years of store experience in automobile/press tools/tool room environment.

strong understanding of press tools, components, and tool room items.

knowledge of erp/sap/tally or similar inventory software.

good communication and coordination skills.

ms excel proficiency.

strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

education:

diploma or graduate (mechanical preferred).
