Store Executive

*Location:* Bengaluru Mantri mall

*Department:* Retail / Operations

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing.

* Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store.

* Handle customer interactions, product demonstrations, and feedback collection.

* Maintain stock levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.

* Prepare and share daily sales reports and customer feedback.

* Ensure proper product knowledge and promote key items to customers.

* Maintain billing, cash handling, and documentation as per company standards.

* Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and events.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

* Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and Kannada are required

* Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.

* Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

* Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
