Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in finding products: Help customers locate items they are looking for within the store.

2. Stocking shelves: Ensure products are neatly displayed and restock shelves as needed to maintain inventory levels.

3. Keeping the store clean and organized: Sweep floors, dust shelves, and maintain a tidy appearance throughout the store.

4. Processing transactions: Ring up customer purchases accurately and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.

5. Checking inventory levels: Monitor stock levels and communicate any low inventory or out-of-stock items to the store manager.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Good communication skills: Able to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

2. Attention to detail: Must be meticulous in stocking shelves and processing transactions accurately.

3. Physical stamina: Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes when restocking shelves.

4. Basic math skills: Must be able to perform basic math calculations for processing transactions.

5. Ability to work in a team: Work collaboratively with other store staff to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
