Steel Fixer

We are looking for a Steel Fixer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in this field and must have completed at least their 12th grade education. This full-time position requires a dedicated and hardworking individual.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Interpreting Blueprints:** Read and understand blueprints and drawings to determine the type and size of steel needed for various projects. This ensures accuracy in layout and materials used.

- **Cutting and Bending Steel:** Use tools to cut and bend steel bars and rods to required shapes and sizes, helping to create the framework necessary for construction projects.

- **Fixing Steel Reinforcement:** Place and secure the steel bars and mesh into position, ensuring they meet safety and structural requirements for concrete pouring.

- **Maintaining Worksite Safety:** Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- **Collaborating with Team Members:** Work closely with other construction workers and foremen to complete projects according to scheduled timelines.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must possess strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Attention to detail is crucial for precision in measurements and placements. Experience with steel tools and machinery is necessary, and familiarity with safety practices in construction is expected.
