We are looking for a Steel Fixer to join our team in Dubai. This role is suitable for candidates with little to no experience and is an excellent opportunity for those who have completed their 12th grade.

The primary responsibility of a Steel Fixer is to assemble and install steel reinforcement bars for concrete structures. You will work closely with construction teams to ensure the precise placement of steel according to blueprints and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Cutting Steel Bars**: You will measure and cut steel bars to the correct lengths based on project requirements, ensuring accuracy and precision.

2. **Bending Steel**: You will use tools to bend steel bars into required shapes and angles for various construction projects, following detailed plans.

3. **Installing Steel Reinforcement**: You will position and secure the bent bars in place, fastening them with wire or clips to guarantee they are stable before concrete pouring.

4. **Reading Blueprints**: You will interpret construction drawings and project plans to understand the specifications for steel placement, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have good physical fitness for handling heavy materials and be attentive to detail. Effective communication skills and teamwork are essential, as you will collaborate with other construction workers. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is expected.
