Steel Fixer (2-8 Years)

We are looking for a skilled Steel Fixer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and a strong understanding of steel fixing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Installation of Reinforcement Bar:** You will cut, bend, and fix steel bars according to specifications to strengthen concrete structures.

2. **Reading Blueprints:** You will interpret construction drawings and plans to determine the type and amount of steel required for each job.

3. **Ensuring Safety Standards:** You will follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment while handling materials and tools.

4. **Collaboration:** You will work closely with other construction workers, including concrete workers and site supervisors, to ensure project timelines are met.

5. **Quality Control:** You will check and ensure that all steel work meets project specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must have completed at least 12th grade and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in steel fixing.
