We are looking for a Steel Fixer to join our team in Modri?a, Bosnia and Herzegowina. As a Steel Fixer, you will play a vital role in constructing and reinforcing steel structures for various construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cutting and Bending Steel**: You will be responsible for cutting and bending steel bars to the required sizes and shapes for construction projects. This requires precision to ensure all pieces fit correctly.

- **Reinforcing Structures**: You will place and secure steel reinforcements in concrete and other materials, ensuring they are properly aligned and fixed according to the design specifications.

- **Reading Blueprints**: You need to understand and interpret blueprints and construction plans. This will help you understand how much steel is needed and where it should be placed.

- **Welding and Tying**: You will connect steel parts using tying methods and may also engage in welding tasks when necessary to create sturdy frameworks.

- **Maintaining Safety Standards**: It is critical to follow safety regulations at all times. You will use proper safety gear and practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Knowledge of construction materials and methods is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
