Job Description

- Key duties involve monitoring production and quality, training team members, and ensuring safety compliance.

- Ensuring the team adheres to production schedules and deadlines

- Training new team members and ensuring that all team members are competent in their roles

- Maintaining accurate records of production data, including volume produced, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes

- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.

- Salary: 1800 AED basic + Overtime

- Benefits: Accommodation, medical insurance, and transportation provided by company.

- Minimum Four years’ experience required in related field.

- Educational requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or related field preferred
