Job Description

- key duties involve monitoring production and quality, training team members, and ensuring safety compliance.

- ensuring the team adheres to production schedules and deadlines

- training new team members and ensuring that all team members are competent in their roles

- maintaining accurate records of production data, including volume produced, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes

- implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.

- salary: 1800 aed basic + overtime

- minimum four years’ experience required in related field.

- educational requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or related field preferred
