Job Description

• to adhere to the duty timings. reporting late and leaving early will not be entertained.

• must strictly follow the duty roster prepared by nursing in-charge and all the staff will be on a rotation basis as per company policies

. • leaves to be informed 48hrs in advance and in case of emergency leave submit medical report. and if leaves are not approved by nursing in-charge it would considered as absent.

• provides nursing services and first aid to employees or persons who become ill or injured at work place.

• recording of vital signs and evaluates physical condition of patient and contact physician and hospital to arrange for further medical treatment when needed.

• handling medical emergencies in doctor’s absence. • should follow safety measures like wearing gloves and using sanitizer in order to maintain quality of health care at the ohc.

• prompting health awareness and wellness measures for accident prevention, alcohol abuse counselling, weight control regimens and curtailment of smoking at one - one level.

• collection, handling and transportation of biomedical waste.
