JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide direct care to assigned patients.

Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures, and assist others with patient's activities and care.

Execute Doctors orders for all assigned patients, safely and properly administer medications and treatments.

Notify appropriate nursing and medical staff about the changes in patient's status.

Perform techniques and routines in relation to cardiothoracic specialty service area.

Responsible for recording and reporting values of laboratory with the medical treatment.

Assisting physician/surgeon during medical treatment and medical procedures.

Documenting and maintaining patient records.

Predict emergencies and act accordingly.
