0-5 years of experience in a hospital setting

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Responsibilities:

Provide direct *patient care* , *home care* including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care

Assist with patient transfers and procedures

Document patient care in the medical record

Educate patients and their families about their care

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
