Job Title: Registered Staff Nurse

Job Overview:

As a Registered Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals. You will work closely with patients and their families to promote their well-being, independence, and a higher quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and monitor medication schedules.

Health Monitoring: Observe and document changes in patients' physical and emotional health. Report any concerns to medical professionals.

Mobility Assistance: Assist patients with mobility, including transfers, ambulation, and exercises.

Meals: Nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary.

Companionship: Provide emotional support, companionship, and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.

Transportation: Accompany patients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any changes in the patient's condition.

Qualifications:

ANM,GNM, NURSING AND MSC NURSING

Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing

CPR and First Aid certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
