Opening For Registered Staff Nurse

STAFF NURSE

• Provide the best patient care.

• Provide nursing care as per physician orders and nursing care plan

• Communicating and interacting effectively with patients and their attendants,

Families and visitors to promote patient’s comfort and speedy recovery and resolve any patient – hospital problems.

• Assigning doctors during patient examination, surgery, Anesthesia, invasive procedures.

• Attending to ward routine – maintaining patient and ward records, stocking and replenishing drug and other supplies , assisting at other ward management

activities.

• Performing procedures – first aid, wound dressing, suture removal, catheterization etc.

• Orienting new staff.

• Follow up on staff investigation results.

• Updating Bed occupancy.

• Filling result of investigation on patients file

• Liaison with medical records section.

• Upkeep of ward register.

• Responsible for correct color coded disposal of Bio Medical Waste.
