Key Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients as per hospital protocols

Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate nursing records

Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control practices

Educate patients and attend to their needs with empathy and professionalism

Coordinate with duty doctors and other departments for smooth patient care

Maintain ward cleanliness, equipment readiness, and stock of consumables

Requirements

Valid Tamil Nadu Nursing Council registration

Good communication and patient-handling skills

Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

ICU / ER / Ward experience preferred

Good patient care & counseling skills

Strong bedside nursing
