qualifications and skills

* registered nurse (rn) with a valid license

* 1-3 years of experience in intensive care unit and emergency nursing

* knowledge of patient safety principles

* ability to assess and prioritize patient needs

* proficient in using medical equipment and technology

* familiarity with infection control protocols
