Staff Nurse Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Direct Patient Care: this Includes Conducting Physical Assessments, Administering Medications, and Providing Treatments as Prescribed By Healthcare Providers.

2. Monitor Patient Vital Signs: Keep Track of Patients' Vital Signs, such as Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, and Temperature, to Ensure Their Well-being and Identify Any Changes that May Require Immediate Attention.

3. Assist in Patient Education: Educate Patients and Their Families On Healthcare Procedures, Medication Administration, and Self-care Techniques to Promote Wellness and Prevent Complications.

4. Maintain Accurate Medical Records: Document all Patient Interactions, Treatments, and Medications in the Medical Records System to Ensure Continuity of Care and Accuracy of Information.

5. Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work Closely with Physicians, Therapists, and other Healthcare Professionals to Coordinate Patient Care and Communicate Any Changes in the Patient's Condition.
