Job Summary

Innova, located in Saltlake (Sec 1), Kolkata, is seeking an experienced PHP Web Developer to join our expanding team of talented and creative professionals. This is a full-time onsite position. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with experience in CodeIgniter, Jquery, JavaScript, and Mysql/MariaDB. Thoroughness and attention to detail are key to success in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Project Manager throughout the project process

Ability to handle the entire development life cycle, end-to-end

Able to self-manage your projects

Analyzing requirements, implementing application logic, and debugging

Follow UX/UI best practices on projects

Develop new features for and maintain our existing portfolio of web applications

ELIGIBILITY

Experience with PHP MVC Frameworks (CodeIgniter)

Experience with Javascript libraries

Experience with front-end markup (HTML5, CSS3)

Experience with server and database management systems (Apache, Nginx, MySQL, MariaDB)

Experience with mobile optimization/responsive coding

Detail-oriented with an eye for developing and debugging your code

An independent thinker capable of completing tasks and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

A passion for developing oneself and staying abreast of new technologies and design strategies

A team player with strong collaboration, organization, and time management skills

Strong portfolio and examples of current and past project achievements

Education

BE/ B Tech/ BCA OR Science Graduate

Salary (CTC)

As Per Industry Norms/Based on the Last Drawn Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience.

Salary: Up to ‚¹500, per year

Job Profile:-
We are looking smart, presentable Hr Generalist Profile Candidate.

The job would include:-
1. To deal with all the HR general activities like ESI, PF, Payroll, Documentation etc.
2. To Create an environment of positive employee relations, maintain confidentiality, establish trust and credibility.
3. To source, recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill vacant positions.
4. To organise induction programme, maintain existing formalities etc.
5. To Monitor, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems or grievance handling.
6. To identify training needs, arrange training, maintain training records and ensure availability of skilled and competent manpower in the organization.
7. To maintain suitable working environment by implementing rules and policies.
8. To allocate duty and responsibility to the management staff in consultation with the Director.

Education:- BBA/MBA (in Hr Specialization) is preferred. Any Graduate with 1 year experience as HR Recruiter or Hr Executive is eligible for this post.
