experience: 3 to 5 years with a medium to large size corporate or law form
skills & knowledge:
primary skills:
legal drafting, understanding of key legal risks
knowledge of different types of standard legal documents
communication & negotiation skills to discuss and reach a compromise with counterparties
experience in managing secretarial function. board, shareholder meetings, capital infusion, returns and documentation.
