1) Carry design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
2) Conduct field surveys, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews and submit
samples.
3) Carry out calculations, make estimates, plans and reports.
4) Document on-site observations and reviews.
5) Ensure accuracy of complete working drawing sets and perform project research and write specifications.
6) Handle preparation of bid documents and request for proposals
7) Plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion within budget through stages of
projects
8 ) To monitor Project Cost and maintain separate sheets for all projects being handled
9) Prepare project status reports.
