We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

1.. Financial Records Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Taxation:

2... Calculate and prepare TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) statements.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS returns.

Calculate and file GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns as per the applicable regulations.

Stay updated with the latest TDS and GST regulations and make necessary changes in the companys processes.

Financial Reporting:

3... Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries detailing the company's financial status.

Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on the analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

4... Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor budgets and financial forecasts, reporting any variances and suggesting corrective actions.

Client Communication:

5... Communicate with clients regarding financial matters, addressing any queries and concerns they might have.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with our financial services.

Compliance:

6.. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.

Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the finance team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.

Thorough knowledge of TDS and GST regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong understanding of financial principles
