Urgent Requirement For Sports Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. This

entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about coaching and

eager to work with children with disabilities. You may be a regular sports coach looking

to expand your skills into adaptive sports, and we will provide you with the necessary

training and support. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering sports

sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child, helping them improve their physical

abilities and self-confidence.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education/Sports Management, or a related field is

preferred.

● Or a qualified licensed or certified person

● Strong passion for working with children, especially those with disabilities.

● Willingness to learn and be trained in adaptive sports.

● Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

● Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

● Basic knowledge of a variety of sports and willingness to adapt them for children

with different abilities.

● Flexibility to work on weekends and handle varying schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions for children with disabilities, focusing

on both physical development and fun.

● Adapt standard sports activities to meet the needs and abilities of each child.

● Work closely with other coaches, volunteers, and therapists to create

individualized coaching plans.

● Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.

● Monitor and track each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents and

caregivers.

● Support in organizing events, competitions, and community outreach programs.

● Stay up-to-date with best practices in adaptive sports coaching and attend

training sessions as required.

● Help maintain equipment and ensure all resources are available for smooth

operation.
