- assess skills to determine needs and develop teaching plans by conducting complete educational assessments

using the latest tests and generating reports for the same.

- adapt special ed. methodologies to meet the needs of clients.

- develop and implement individualised education programs (ieps) for clients as per needs, track progress, assess

needs in line with goals set for each client.

- plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities, teach and mentor students, in

small groups, and one-on-one.

- ensure reviews with parents/ guardians are conducted on a timely basis to discuss/ review progress.

- involve self with the clinical psychologist and generate combined reports for assessments and recommendations.

- supervise and mentor teacher assistant’s/ care givers who work with students with disabilities as per the need of

individual cases.

- to educate a client’s family about how to accommodate and care for the client by giving advice and arranging

support for family members.
