shift: us shift (night shift)

shift timing- 7 pm- 5 am ,9pm- 7 am,10pm-8 am

experience: years of experience

salary- 15k to 22k

job role:

• engaged in handling calls inbound calls for us travel process.

• ability to work effectively in a team environment pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills

• excellent verbal and written communication skills

• converting query calls to sales calls.

• ability to identify opportunity and implement process improvements

has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.

required candidate profile

* possess excellent english communication skills

* have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.

* candidate has to be minimum 10+2 passed

* should be flexible with night shift
