Job Description:

We are hiring Soldering Operators for our electronics manufacturing unit. The role involves PCB soldering (through-hole and SMT), component handling, and visual inspection as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision soldering of electronic components

Follow IPC standards and assembly drawings

Inspect and rework defective solder joints

Maintain ESD-safe practices and workstations

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹13,580/month

Attendance Award: ₹1,000/month

Overtime: Paid at double rate

Eligibility:

Basic soldering skills or prior experience in electronics manufacturing preferred

Ability to work with small components under a microscope
