we are hiring soldering operators for our electronics manufacturing unit. the role involves pcb soldering (through-hole and smt), component handling, and visual inspection as per quality standards.

key responsibilities:

perform precision soldering of electronic components

follow ipc standards and assembly drawings

inspect and rework defective solder joints

maintain esd-safe practices and workstations

salary & benefits:

salary: up to ₹13,580/month

attendance award: ₹1,000/month

overtime: paid at double rate

eligibility:
