Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional forSolar Power Plant Operation & Maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in solar plant operations and good working knowledge of computers, especiallyMS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of daily, monthly, and annual generation reports inExcel

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar modules, inverters, and related equipment

Coordination with site team, OEMs, and vendors

Troubleshooting electrical and system-related issues

Ensuring safety procedures and compliance at site

Maintaining O&M records, logbooks, and checklists

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good knowledge ofSolar PV systems and O&M activities

Strong computer skills, especiallyMS Excel (data entry, reports, basic formulas)

Good communication and reporting skills
