Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional for Solar Power Plant Operation & Maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in solar plant operations and good working knowledge of computers, especially MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚·Preparation of daily, monthly, and annual generation reports in Excel

ï‚·Preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar modules, inverters, and related equipment

ï‚·Coordination with site team, OEMs, and vendors

ï‚·Troubleshooting electrical and system-related issues

ï‚·Ensuring safety procedures and compliance at site

ï‚·Maintaining O&M records, logbooks, and checklists

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ï‚·Good knowledge of Solar PV systems and O&M activities

ï‚·Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel (data entry, reports, basic formulas)

ï‚·Good communication and reporting skills

Salary-15K-20K CTC per Month
