Software Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Software Trainer to join our client's team in Coimbatore. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students or professionals,

covering programming and networking concepts, and helping learners build practical, job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver structured training sessions in Java, Python, Networking, or MERN stack

● Prepare training content, exercises, and assessments for learners

● Explain technical concepts clearly to learners of varying skill levels

● Track learner progress and provide feedback to help them improve

● Stay updated with current industry practices and tools relevant to the curriculum

● Support learners with doubt-clearing sessions and practical guidance

Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of experience in Java, Python, Networking, or MERN stack, in teaching or a

related industry

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, structured manner

● Patient and approachable teaching style

Compensation

■15,000 - ■25,000 per month, based on experience
