Software Tester (Fresher) - Female Candidates Preferred

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for recent post graduates who are eager to start their careers in software testing.

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Your main tasks will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Test Planning**: Design detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage.

2. **Test Execution**: Execute manual and automated tests on various software applications, reporting any defects or issues encountered during testing.

3. **Defect Tracking**: Log defects into the tracking system, prioritizing them based on severity and impact, and providing clear, concise documentation for developers.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with development teams to understand features and requirements, actively participating in meetings to provide testing insights.

5. **Quality Assurance**: Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to testing methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Expectations:
