Software Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

Deliver technical content for software engineering projects.

Lead and coordinate SW development team activities (estimation, planning, task assignment).

Approve technical solutions for SW subsystems and drive releases/deliveries.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in automotive or related fields with customer contact.

Proven track record of completing projects from acquisition to production launch.

Strong project management skills (stakeholder, change, escalation, review, release).

Knowledge of SW product development processes, AUTOSAR, and middleware.

Experience with tools like Lauterbach, UDE, CANOE, INCA.

Basic knowledge of microcontrollers, functional safety, and BMS.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; international team experience.
