Job Description

responsibilities:

test planning & execution:

assist in creating and executing manual test cases based on product requirements.

perform functional, regression, and integration testing on web, mobile, or desktop applications.

report defects and track them in a bug-tracking tool (., jira, bugzilla).

collaboration with development team:

work closely with developers to understand the software functionality and provide feedback on product quality.

participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review meetings.

documentation:

document test cases, test results, and any discovered issues.

contribute to the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

test automation (optional for freshers):

learn and assist with basic test automation tasks using testing frameworks (., selenium, appium, etc.).

continuous improvement:

actively learn and stay up-to-date on new testing methodologies and tools.

suggest improvements to enhance the quality assurance process.
