Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Software Testing Engineer** to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through manual and automated testing. This is a great opportunity for freshers or junior professionals to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities:

- Write, review, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications

- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla

- Perform manual testing and assist in automation testing using Selenium or similar tools

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage

- Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing cycles

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or related field (BTech, BE, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc)

- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management systems

- Knowledge of any programming language (Java, Python, or SQL) is a plus

- Certification in Manual or Automation Testing (ISTQB preferred)

Skill Preferences:

- Manual Testing

- Basic programming knowledge
