job profile and requirements

drive: virtual

interview : tbd (5 day exclusive slot for hcl)

designation: software engineer / graduate engineer trainee

working location: pan india (should be flexible in terms of location & working hours)

compensation: ug(/ ) – inr lpa (se/get)

placement process details

• online assessment

• technical interview

• hr interview

note: every round is an elimination round.

criteria for application

· 2022 graduates – / (cse, it & circuit branches) only with 70% throughout in academics(10th, 12th / diploma & ug)

· students must have strong internet connection, desktop/laptop & webcam for online assessment.

· ctc decided by the hr would be sacrosanct. no negotiation on the ctc would be entertained.

· applicants should be open for any role/skill/location as assigned by hcl technologies.

note :

1. probation period for selected se/get will be of 12 months.

2. also will have a service agreement of 12 months, if the student leaves before this duration he/she is required to pay 50k inr.
